I retain all rights to my finished work and preliminary materials produced during the work process. This includes, but is not limited to: distribution and reproduction (feature in an art book with client's permission), self-promotion, display on public sites and in portfolio as commission samples.

This form doesn’t guarantee a spot, I reserve the right to decline any commission request for personal reasons.

I have the right to change my Terms of Service at any point. New rules will not apply retroactively to any commissions started on the previous terms.

The Client must be 18 years old or older to order a commission.

If you are getting a commission of yourself or of a person you know please provide both a face image and a full body image. Selfies are fine! Sketches are for Original Characters and Fan Art only.

Commissions are for personal use only: gift, wallpaper, personal print, use on social media with credit to the artist @littledoepeach.

Only use the preliminary materials I create (sketches, line art, etc.) to commission me or for personal use.

Do not edit, resell, trace, or make profit from the commission. Cropping and simple filters are OK.

Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, crypto currency, AI generators, or any future development of these technologies.

All prices are listed and will be billed in USD.

Commissions will be billed 50% up front, and 50% upon completion of the commission.

All invoices are to be paid within seven (7) days. If the invoice is over due without further contact from the Client then the commission associated with that invoice will be cancelled.

Full refund = net amount I receive after Paypal transaction fee deduction.

Full refund can be requested via email before a commission has begun.

If a commission is cancelled after I start work on it, no payment will be refunded. Please take advantage of revision stages to make sure you are satisfied!

Do not file a charge back, contact me to resolve any issues.

After the first invoice is received and paid I will add your name to my commission list (visible on Trello).

I will send you the sketch(es) for approval. More than one sketch may be provided if I have more than one idea, but it is not guaranteed and only one sketch will be completed with the commission.

After sketch approval, I will do the line art and provide another opportunity for revision.

Lastly, I will begin the colouring process and adding details. This will be the final opportunity for revision before the final invoice is sent.

In total, there are three (3) revision opportunities. If more, or excessive, revisions are necessary it may increase the price.

Please provide feedback within seven (7) days. On the seventh day, I will send a follow up message. After another seven (7) days, I will start the next stage without waiting for approval.

After the final invoice is paid you will receive the full resolution PNG file. Please specify if you need a transparent image or JPEG. The working files will not be provided, only the final image.
